Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

Return shipping costs are covered by Mèntriale if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective product). In all other cases, return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
