The estimated delivery time varies by country. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays and sale periods.
Sale & Holiday Season
Due to high demand during sales, orders are only confirmed after you receive a shipping confirmation email. This means your order may be canceled if items are out of stock. Expect longer delivery times during the holidays. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible.

The product images on our website and app are for illustration only. We strive to display colors accurately, but we can’t guarantee your screen will show them correctly. The actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see online. Packaging may also differ from the images shown.
Order Processing
All products are subject to availability and payment verification before processing. We will notify you if items are out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to send orders from a Mèntriale warehouse within two working days after processing. During holidays and sales, delivery may takelonger due to high order volumes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, but it may take up to 48 hours to update online.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship worldwide, we only ship in Europe.
Undeliverable and Refused Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages due to invalid shipping addresses or rejected deliveries.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspect your products upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations. If not, email info@mentriale.com with your order details, contact information, a description of the issue, and photos of the problem.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
We conduct quality checks before shipping, but if you receive the wrong or damaged product, contact us within 30 days for a free exchange or refund.
