We accept returns for any reason and will issue a refund or store credit. Any item purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. Orders may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Visit the Return Portal and enter your order number and email address for instructions. Return costs are not covered by Mèntriale.

Exchanges and Refunds
We offer exchanges or refunds for defective products. Unworn items in their original condition and packaging, with a completed return form, are eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return costs. Refunds and exchanges are only available for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Items showing non-manufacturing damage will not be accepted. Clear size measurements are available for each garment.
Certain items like underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, face masks, earbuds, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your payment account. Processing time may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund after contacting your payment providers, email; info@mentriale.com
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and card (except for gift cards and e-gift cards, which will be refunded onto a new gift card). Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
Products are returnable if they fail to meet their life expectancy and are covered by our warranty policy. Items damaged due to misuse are not returnable. Return costs for faulty items are covered by Mèntriale and we will offer a refund or exchange.
