Your order will be shipped from a Mèntriale warehouse within 2 business days. After that, it will be in transit via postal service for a few more days, depending on its final destination.
Yes, your order can be cancelled or changed it has been placed. It must be reported to us within 3 hours of purchase. This can be done by sending an email to info@mentriale.com. Otherwise, the ordered product will go towards the given adress.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Request a return by sending us an email with the order number [info@mentriale.com], that way we are aware of it.
Returns are possible as long as they meet the return requirements. If these requirements have not been taken into account, we cannot issue a refund. The return requirements will be personally send to you when requesting a return.
Please note that return shipments are at your own expense.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
